I've lived a long & full life. You learn, over the decades, certain facts that you integrate into your daily life. You live by these truths such as water is wet, cold water becomes ice, the sun is hot in the summer, and windshield washer fluid is in a blue container and costs about 3 bucks plus. Well, my world was shattered when I saw a YouTube video of a mechanic putting a blue pill inside a gallon jug of TAP WATER and making windshield washer fluid! Who knew and didn't tell me?! So, I went to Amazon and found them. When they arrived, I took an empty jug, the blue pill, water, and viola!! Beautiful blue, nice scent, no streaking, safe and effective and inexpensive. I added a tiny, tiny drop of Dawn just because. But you do you boo. It's not necessary. The world now looks as drab and de-industrial as always, but I see it through a clean & un-streaked windshield. Oh, I like this product. The secret is out! Way recommended!!

They’re good and basically do as advertised. I’ve had them for two years and they hold up, i have not had any freezing issues. The only thing that has happened is the tablets disintegrated into powder inside the little packets. It mates them messy to use but they still work

This is just as efficient as the generic liquid windshield washer fluids I typically purchase at essentially 50 the cost per gallon.

Very easy to use. No scent in my experience. Cleans really well, I need new wipers so I can’t speak on the streak results. Seems like a quality product to me, and great value

Works as should

While I have no problem with how this cleans my windshield and it’s certainly responsibly priced, one thing to be aware of is that it leaves a stubborn residue on the paint in front of of the sprayers. I had to use aggressive compound to remove the residue streaks left behind.

I put a tab into a 2 litre container, withed 5 minutes, to see if there is any residue. There is not any that I can see, so should be ok, with no clogging of the jets. I detect no odour or fumes at all, not sure what to make of that. I would expect at least a slight chemical smell for a window cleaning solution. Shaking the bottle, produces a slight foaming, so there seems to be a detergent component, (and not just a pretty blue colouring) which should help clear windscreen of bugs and road grime. My washer reserve tank still has some fluid in it from last mechanic check up, I'll use this when that runs out. Not sure mixing them is wise.

No Rain-X effect noted. Cannot say how it cleans bugs of mud, but was hoping for water resistance effect. So ended up buying Rain-X.

Nothing really. Cleans the windscreen as expected. Don't need to keep bottles of windscreen fluid

Worked great removing the bugs in the summer, do not use for cold weather as the water will freeze.
