I take it several times a week at night, with soymilk, blended in nutri-bullet. It's great for regularity. No constipation anymore.

Not the one with fiber
BEWARE --- this nopalina DOES NOT have fiber in it. I've been drinking Nopalina for years now and I always get the one with the fiber. This time I ordered this one by mistake and realized how the fiber is much better because this one does not work.
