I have ordered original x box remote controller but i got 360x box controller and it's not not fitting in my console kindly replace it

Not working even after exchange
First i received a controller which had faulty controls. Replaced it with in a week got a new one which was working fine for last 15 days. Now it suddenly stopped working. Unable to establish a connection and the exchange window is closed. Money wasted!

Bad structure and button not working
The entire controller seems weak and the rb button doesn't work and the camera stick (rs) moves really blocky.
