I'm wary of attributing big changes to tablets like these so I won't be making any big claims here. Drink lots of water is my bigger tip for skin, and have a balanced diet. That's 80% of the battle for clearer skin. These are vegan and the mix of ingredients seem comprehensive - but as mentioned, don't become over reliant on a pill ahead of other lifestyle changes you can make (water, diet, exercise - which for me played a bigger role in improving my skin).

When I spotted this pot of Skin Control Complex Capsules, made by Vegavero Complex, available on the Vine Program, I knew I had to order them to see if they would help my adult daughter who suffers with bad acne and other skin problems that really affect her well-being. I had not heard of the Vegavero brand prior to this.The pot of capsules is a lovely green colour and contains 120 capsules which at the recommended 2 per day is roughly a 2 months supply. My daughter had a good read of the information on the label and that on the Amazon page and concluded that she was keen to try them as they are not only vegan, but they are designed specifically to support problematic skin, which is what she has. They are also 100% natural and contain no synthetic additives which is very reassuring.So after a good few weeks having been taking these capsules, there has been a definite improvement in the overall look and feel of the skin and also a slight improvement in the level of acne although realistically I think it will take longer to see the end result, but this is definitely a step in the right direction which has been most welcome. The skin itself has more of a glow to it and looks healthier than previously.Overall whilst this hasn’t worked instant miracles, it has improved the skin to a degree and it would appear that it will continue to do so as time goes by. I also think that every supplement works slightly differently in each persons body and for that reason I’d definitely suggest it’s worth trying if you re suffering from bad acne or problematic skin, and although at £28.90 it is quite pricey, good quality ingredients aren’t cheap so I think this price tag is fair for 2 months worth of capsules.At the present time I am happy to give this product 4 stars and will review this in time if the results improve more.I hope that this review has been helpful to you in deciding whether this is the right product for you.

This skin supplements' ingredients are: entire B vitamin complex plus zinc derived from yeast (Lynside®), Physelium® selenium from mustard seeds, vegan vitamin D3 from lichen (Vitashine®) plus Actrisave®, a clinically studied mix of black rice and prickly pear flower plus wild pansy and burdock root extract & hops flower powder for additional skin-supporting phytonutrients. I started to take 2 a day as recommended & soon after started having a bad reaction, I felt terrible & had anxiety attacks. I'm aware some people are intolerant to certain ingredients (for example 25% of population are supposedly allergic to Valerian & I know I definitely am, I get terrible anxiety when I take it). I suspect I'm allergic to Hops also which this supplement has. I had similar sensations & reactions as Valerian. Unfortunately, thus happened on 2 consecutive days that I took them & when I stopped, the bad feelings went. Thus I deduct probably it's the Hops. I stopped taking it immediately & thus I'm unable to give proper feedback. However, I will say that this is a high quality product & if you suffer with bad skin conditions, I definitely recommend it.Also be aware of too much vitamins, I'd take half or every other day, as too much vitamins are just as bad as too little. Check the RDA for your age & sex but also bear in mind if you're smaller or bigger in stature, you'd need less or more.

The media could not be loaded.  I know and love the Vegavero brand well!We are talking about a reliable and efficient brand with a wide range of products.They offer natural solutions to complex problems.For example: Migraines, kidney ailments, skin, focus, stomach problems, etc ...The brand design is natural, the green color is used which exudes serenity.Product communication is very good. Clear and speaks well to the customer!We are basically talking about a German brand, but the company pays attention to communicating with its customers in several languages.This product came to me at a very good time.I have lost a lot kilogramms in recent years, and there are problems with my skin.The texture of my skin became a little loose.I feel this product has helped me.My nails definitely strengthened with it.The capsules are of average size and have no problem swallowing.The packaging of the product is enough for several months, so it is economical.I recommend it with a good heart!Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue

My son has been suffering with acne because of his hormones at his age as a teenager. I’ve been looking remedies and although not the complete cure this supplement does seem to help.This supplement contains Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, D3, together with Zinc, folic acid, biotin and antioxidant-rich plant extracts. These natural ingredients help to support immune system and give nutrients in the skin.My son has been taking it for a couple of weeks now and finds it is starting to help his acne. Although it doesn’t clear the problem of his acne completely, he’s happy it’s helping and still wants to continue taking it for even a modest improvement on his face and back.The only thing that bothers him is the large size of the capsules, as he has difficulty in swallowing them sometimes.It isn’t cheap but as such it’s proven a good supplement it is recommended.
