This bag is a good size and it's not the floppy, ultra slippery type like other bags. This bag is on the larger side (I buy the size large for a reason). My dog is only 8 lbs, but I prefer the large size because, when I flip the bag inside out, I can easily place my entire hand in the bag to pick up the chocolate deposit. It's big enough that I can toss in my dog's butt wipe in the same bag. And if my dog needs to go a second time, there's enough room for another brown mound. The handles on the bag makes tying it up really easy and it contains the smell really well. The bag is pretty sturdy and it feels a bit thicker than the rolled up bags from the pet store. I like that because there's more material between my hand and the coffee-colored nuggets.

These bags are a great value. They are stronger and easier to use than the bags on a roll or reusing other plastic bags for me. They work great with the Go Go stick made by the same company. It is the best tool I have found to pick up pet waste with out bending down. The bags and go go stick work well together as I am in a wheel chair and need to clean up after my service dog. The company stands behind their product. Believe me these bags with the Go Go Stick will not disappoint you. alone they are strong, easy to open, and perfect to keep in your car, or home for needed clean up.

You may be confused by my star rating. These Dootie Bags work great with my GoGo Stik. The first 10 were fine so I ordered 100. I can't bend over like I used to so the GoGo Stik and the Dootie Bags were just what I needed. However,I discovered about halfway through the box that they were defective I was very disappointed. At least 50 of the 100 had slits down the side so they were useless. It looks like a mechanical accident but I am still half out of my money. I would like to use them but I can't afford to pay for something that I can't use.5-9-2019The Dootie Bags company sent me a nice email and a new box of Dootie Bags. They all seem to be in good condition. This is one of those great companies who listen to their customers and want to make things right. I thank them for their goodwill.

**DO NOT BUY** Disregard reviews prior to 2025. We've used these bags for years. They cost more, but the size and quality of material was worth it until now. The thick, high quality material has been replaced by something extremely thin and delicate. About 1 in 3 tear when being removed from the box, which makes for bad odds, let alone the risk of breakage while picking up after the dogs during a walk. We also ordered a box of the "bio-blu" version to see if those were any better, and they are exactly the same other than the color.

These poop bags are very good. They are a descent size and very durable.i like these bags

When the A&H Swivel Bin and Rake I purchased 6 years ago finally died last week I ordered a new one and decided to “try” some bags for it. I ordered the 100ct of these in Large and two of the A&H bags came with the rake. I found the A&H ones to be ludicrously large - almost unusably so, in fact I gave up trying to get one to “stay” in place - and These to be Perfect. Granted, it’s a little tricky getting it on the first couple of times because it Seems too small, but once you’ve mastered it the bag is a perfect size. Also, these seem quite durable - I’ve been scooping three days in a row before tying up the bag for disposal - and they are Much more affordable.

I bought the Large because the pandemic shut down the usual city-provided bags. My dog is a large malamute at 115 pounds. This is more than enough for him and I even double-knot the bags so I won't annoy my neighbors as much as I deposit them along our long walk.I can only imagine the giant size is for horses or polar bears. Excellent product. A bit pricey, but you're talking $30 or so over an entire year. And when handling poop, price is no object.

These bags are just what I needed. They are the perfect size, strong, and are without odor. They are also easy to open, wich is very important to me. I am tired of fighting with cheap bags to get them apart. They are large enough to be tied shut easily. I love these bags and definitely will purchase them again!
