My two year old Grandson loves just dumping them out all over the place....but he is learning his colors with them and is learning to make groups by patterning by color or by item. Good math manipulative that will be useful for when he starts school and is learning adding and subtracting. He loves the boats, cars, planes, trains etc. Very durable. If your toddler puts things in their mouths, they could be choking hazards so don't let them use them by themselves.

I love this set of counting vehicles. I had thes in my old classroom but unfortunately my new school didn’t have them and weren’t going to purchase them for me. Amazon was the best place to get these and at the most reasonable price. The kids enjoyed using these for a variety of math activities and even a writing lesson. They are also very colorful and durable and can easily be washed.

My 4 year old and 1.5 year old love these counters. They love anything vehicle oriented and are great way to get them into math mode (count, sort, and arrange these into different patterns.) They also help the baby with identification (I ask him to pick out certain pieces or colors) So I'd say this is a educational win all around. Obviously there is a choking hazard here as the pieces are only about an inch long, but it's great to engage both of my boys at the same time with these.

I used these for a fun sorting activity. The children were engaged and sorted in different ways, which was the goal. It comes in a handy container so I don’t have to consider where to place it and it’s just eh right size for small hands to grip and arrange.
