We love it; he loves it
bought for a 16 year old son's birthday; he's got a small room and wanted a big futon sofa so we had to buy one we could carry into room and assemble on-the-spot. We love it; he loves it. Comfy and quite heavy-duty. A good buy!

Although this futon is very nice looking, the mattress is 2 inches thinner than indicated in the description.

Beautiful frame! Let mattress soften up if it doesn't close with frame
*UPDATE 03/2017*I love it at first it didn't want to close, but If that happens just let the mattress soften out (it is firm, but comfortable to me and my children) I used this as a daybed, but at night I lay back and watch my fav show etc.. It's perfect. The frame is beautiful I'm very happy with it. Instructions could of been more clear (understanding) it took me 4 hours, but I did it alone (with another person assembly is a piece of cake)

Great futon! Assembly documents need improvement.
The finished product is great. It would be nice to update the the installation documents so that the assembly of the futon.
