Usability
It would have been nice if item had some kind of handle attached or a heat resistant or to the metal container. This would have facilitated better handling when using the hot wax. Or maybe have the item come in a plastic container, this item could then be heated in the microwave oven and possibly be more popular.

Just ok
Product is fine the problem is of heating the wax. It gets heated quickly but also cools down quickly before your job is over so repeated heating is required. As such hair removal is smooth and does not create any allergy or rashes.
