This is the 4th watch winder I've owned over the past 7-years and by a large margin, this is the best unit I've encountered. The winder is silent when operating and the only winder I've encountered which allows for an infinitely variable Turns Per Day (TPD) setting. This allows me to dial-in the watch winder to the perfect TPD for each unique watch; a rare feature difficult to obtain on competing winders. This was the biggest selling point and made the purchase worth it. In contrast, I only have 2-critical issues that detract from an otherwise 5-star rating: 1) The watch holder/pillow design is lacking. It is a fixed piece of foam that can't be adjusted. I had to separately order holders of a different size from the manufacturer. The winder includes size "medium" but if you require "small" or "large" you've got additional work to do. Size "small" is equivalent to a 7" wrist circumference. Additionally, it is only a matter of time before the foam tears or degrades. The design execution on the holders is not up to par with the remainder of the unit. 2) The door swings opens approximately 85-degrees and manages to stay in the way when accessing the watches. In conclusion, if the variable TPD matters to you, this is your best option.

Great product silent operation

Had an issue where 2 of the displays stopped working within 48 hours of receiving the product. The seller responded immediately, shipped me a new unit with a return label for the defective one after the new one arrived and was confirmed to work 100%. Super easy exchange process and I’m thankful for it!!

Great winder. This is the second Heiden watch winder I’ve ordered. Both have motors that are near silent when they spin. Only thing to be mindful of is the shiny black finish will show fingerprints but they include a piece of cloth for that. Very happy with the purchase!

Its a very well made machine, watch winder comparable to the Wolf winder which is over 3 times the price, the only thing that was not ideal (for my own watches) the watch pillows were too large for 3 of my 4 watches, i wish they would have supplied with smaller watch pillows, they seem like they were large not even medium pillows but they said they come with medium pillows. To get new smaller pillows i have to end up spending another $89 USD including shipping and taxes/duties to Canada, which is not good for me. I may just look for a good winder locally in Canadian Currency with similar rating.
