Needed zip ties to really make it secure

I bought this to hook up to my deck railing so I could have misting water on my lounge chairs for hot days. I couldn’t believe how low the price was! I had been trying the small battery powered fans that misted water, but they were extremely overpriced ($50 a pop) and barely worked. I get much better bang for the buck with this system. It was ready to go out of the package and worked as it was supposed to. The instructions were easy to understand and I was able to figure out how to modify everything easily. I started out with 8 nozzles about 6-8” apart for two chairs and we were absolutely soaked, ha. I eventually got it down to 2 nozzles for each chair, with about 58” between the two sets. I had more than enough tubing to do all these combinations. I kept the remainder in case I ever need to change things up again. I did purchase my own zip ties ($9 on Amazon) because I needed something 24” in length to go around my railing. The ones you receive in the package are pretty small. I imagine the hooks you can nail into a surface would work better for longevity (which were also included), but I didn’t want to hammer nails into the wood, small as they may be. It definitely keeps me cooler on hot days and I’m thrilled to have found this (and at such a great price). Even if one set only lasted a season, I would gladly repurchase at this price point every year.

This mister is SOooo FANTASTIC, we BOUGHT a SECOND one & put them together! Now our Chickens are living approx. 20 degrees COOLer in the TEXAS 105 degree+ HEAT, having the mister on 3 sides of their pen. EASY PEASY to install!! SOMETHING you MUST DO, prior to turning on the water, is PUSH TUBES, ON EITHER SIDE OF EACH, INDIVIDUAL MISTERS, TOGETHER, TO TIGHTEN after their bumpy ride of delivery to your home. THEY MAY LEAK, IF YOU FORGET TO DO THIS...EASY FIX!! I believe that is WHY it got the negatives it got, when people said they leak. My husband is a REAL HANDIMAN at EVERYTHING & very technical minded as well, yet very social & outgoing with a great sense of humor. We cut the 9' length with the hose connection and added the 2 extra misters as well. WORKS GREAT & LOVE how you can customize it! PERFECT SOLUTION TO A VERY HOT & STICKY SITUATION!! :) PLAN TO BUY MORE for under our Pergola's...LOVE THIS!! We ALSO hung a couple "SUN SHADE CANOPIES" to protect them from DIRECT SUN and the HAWKS who frequent this area!! JUST ORDERED 2 MORE with predicted over 108+ temps for end of the week!!

I purchased this, and a similar product, to quickly add a mist system to my chicken run. Every summer I lose a couple of birds to the excessive heat. I hung them relatively low and the chickens and duck seem to like the relieve from the weather. This year I have not lost any birds. It was easy to assembly and install. The heads seem to last but I do use a calcium filter.

Really makes our outdoor deck livable in the Texas heat, but be careful that your water supply is clean before using. Apparently there was a small amount of dirt in our water hose. I had to disassemble it entirely and clean all the jets/hose with compressed air and flushed with water. Twice. Works great now!

Had missing pieces, only had 40 of the 80 some feet that I ordered :-/ other than that, it gets the job done.

These misters were extremely easy to install, and work great! We live in AZ, and set them up on our back porch. They are life saving in the AZ heat. We did have one of the spouts clog, but it was probably due to hard water. And they do provide back up ones to switch them out.
