Lucid dreams - lets redefine love is a romance fiction novel written by G Mehul Krishna Kumar. This book is a perfect blend of romance and drama in perfect ratio. The protagonists of this book are Aman and Reshmi. Aman acquaints Reshmi in his college, seeing her from far distance, he gets mesmerized by her beauty and falls in love with her. He starts to secretly follow her and finds her to be his college junior. Then he continues to follow her. The more he follows her, the more he starts to fall for her. On one fine day in the college freshers event, Aman dares to propose Reshmi but gets humiliated by a tight slap in front of all the students and staff. He is left heartbroken.On the other hand we have Reshmi, carrying her own story and a lot of things to see from her perspective. Also we get to know about the barriers that are stopping them to love each other.At particular point of time both of their perspectives and their individual stories comes together and gets entangled.The reader feels really intrigued to read more and to know what happens next.Talking about the writing style, Mehul's writing style is so simple and easy to read even for beginners. It was flowy, the way the plotline is been brought from starting to the end.My favourite character in this book was Aman's father. He's such an understanding father and also as a person he's incredible. Even the other characters like Aman, Reshmi, their parents, friends everyone will leave a mark on readers' hearts.Few parts of the book are been narrated through Aman's perspective, few other from Reshmi's. This was a fresh and unique way writing. This is usually seen very rare in books, as most of the books are narrated by one single narrator.Few people with less dramatic traits may find few parts of the book over dramatic. But in my opinion, it's worth reading. To conclude, I'd say this book will be a perfect read for your tea time. It's 124 pages long and easy to complete quickly.

As a person who is constantly trying to achieve lucid dream, this title caught my attention which in turn lead me to read this book. The book is not based on lucid dreams, but it is well written novel which focuses on family , love and relationships.The best thing I felt about this fast paced novel (with around just 120 pages) is that it doesn't add any additional detailing and sticks to the main plot from beginning to end. The language used is very simple which would help the readers to finish it in one sitting . The narrative is dealt in multiple point of view which makes it more interesting.The plot focusses on Aman, a rockstar and Reshmi, who was loved by him during his college days. The story moves from past to present and vice versa through the narratives of both the protogonists. I was able to visualize the entire novel like a Bollywood film.If you're looking for a simple heart touching love story based on familial relationships, go for this.

The protagonist of the book are Aman & Reshmi. The book is split between POV’s of both of them, they fall in love with each other but in different times in their life. Reshmi falls for Aman during the schooling. And Aman falls for her during college. When Aman expresses his love for her, she slaps him in-front of the whole college. This causes acute depression in Aman. He loses all will to live. He goes deeply into drugs & drinking but recovers after an intervention by his dad. He then leaves his engineering degree to pursue music. He becomes a huge rockstar, due to heartbreak and pain from Reshmi’s rejection.Meanwhile, we get to Reshmi’s POV. In this it is explained that Reshmi is diagnosed with the congenital kidney disease and needs her kidney replacement surgery. So this is why she slaps Aman to discourage him from loving her.Some years later, they meet again and by now Aman is a huge rockstar & Reshmi is still suffering from disease. Her parents have exhausted all options that they could for Reshmi’s cure.but the only thing that can save her is a kidney donor and its surgery.So, the story then turns into suspense of whether Reshmi would survive? would Aman ever find out the truth? And they both survive the biggest ordeal to be with each other ?This was a good book. I like the shortness of it and the romance was kind of breezy and nice to read. Great one.

I recommend this book to youth out there.In nutshell, an emotional read.

Oh my god! From where do I start complimenting the author and the book! So naturally written and the Cascade of emotions is soo beautiful. The book is really captivating! And throughout the read i was curious to discover what happened next!! And the most amazing element is the love and support of the family. Its overwhelming.. and so beautifully written. The feelings expressed in the book are soo innocent! The way humour was added was really smart! I m sure , you would want to finish the book in one shot!Happy Binge reading! ♥️
