Zips broke
Both the zips have broken on the bag so my son has had to buy at her bag for school

Fantastic Backpack
This was a present for my niece who absolutely loved it.

straps broke
daughter loved this bag for the first three weeks of school, then the straps broke, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon and to top it off the top handle came away on the walk home. Has a three week life, stay clear if to be used every day!

Daughter loved this bag... unfortunately the strap broke after 2 weeks.

Padding is good on the straps and it holds all my daughters school books and bits (she refuses to take just what she needs) she's been using it about a month now and still looks new and still holding EVERYTHING!

The bag took long time to be delivered but when opening the bad materials and pitcher still was good but is Defo a kids backpack
