Not bad, Not bad at all
It's not perfect. When you first open the box an unpleasant aroma comes out. Fortunately that's not what the soup tastes like. I need to pepper it but otherwise it's pretty decent heated straight from the box. It's no match for making it myself from scratch but sometimes I just want a quick bowl of soup. It's enough to share with one person if two quite small helpings is okay.

the best low sodium split pea soup
this soup is great because you can doctor it up with other things, like smoked turkey lunch meat. And when you add the sodium from the lunch meat, the soup is not overly salty because it BEGAN as a low sodium product.

Most tasteless soup I've ever eaten!
Just because something is organic and healthy doesn't mean it should have no flavor at all. This split pea soup tasted like something out of Oliver Twist - thinnwatery broth with smooshy lumps of flavorless peas and carrots. Very disappointing - don't bother!
