Beautiful illustrations I bought for homeschooling with a 9, 7 and 5 year old and all enjoyed this book.

An amazing story. Beautiful art work. Highly recommend it especially if you are of Celtic/Scottish heritage.

I LOVE these Traditional Scottish Tales books for kids. They are beautifully illustrated, and with this Robert the Bruce edition, you not only have a wonderfully written history story to share with your kids, but one with a valuable moral lesson included, as well - to Never give up. How much my kids (and others I know) need this story/lesson. So glad to be able to share it with them and others. My son and I really enjoy these classic stories of Scotland, as well as those like Robert of Mary. My son liked to learn about Robert and the story of the spider.

My kids loved the story and life of Robert the Bruce, would recommend for adventure minded kids.
