Camilla the Cupcake Fairy

My child absolutely loves this book, it's one of her favorite stories and we read it to her before bed every single night. That's right, every single night we have to pull this book out and read all about Camilla's cupcake wand adventures and the gift of true friendship! My daughter even has her own little magic wand that she waves about pretending to conjure various cupcake toppings.I haven't read any of the other books in the series, but they're on my kiddo's wishlist, I'm sure we'll be ordering them for the holidays this year, hopefully she'll take a liking to another one and we can read this one a few less times each week.This is my second purchase of this particular book, we read the first copy so much (the hardback version) that the pages started falling out! This paperback version was much cheaper and smaller, easier to handle and hide so it doesn't get torn up. I imagine I'll be ordering this one a couple more times before she tires of it.

Beautifully written and illustrations

My five year old daughter picked this out at a book fair two months ago and LOVES this book. I probably would not have chosen it for her, but nevertheless it is a sweet story. She has taken it to bed with her every night for six weeks. She is a new reader and between memorizing some and reading some she can "read" the entire book to herself.

We were totally new to Camilla. My daughter requested a cupcake themed birthday party along with cupcake themed gifts. I found this book on Amazon and had no idea until it arrived that the first line in the book reads, "On Camilla's 5th birthday...". PERFECT! The story is sweet and the illustrations are lovely. My daughter especially loves the textured glittery wand throughout the book. We look forward to exploring more by this author.

My 7 year old daughter loves these books! She also loves to take them to school to share with her friends. I would recommend for anyone looking to get their kid interested in reading. My 3 and 4 year old sons even me reading these to them.

This is a very cute book, especially when your granddaughter is named Camilla! She enjoyed me reading it to her. She is 4.

I absolutely love these books! As a parent, they're everything you want from a book to keep your child interested. They're colorful, easy reading, great rhyming, with a moral in every story. The idea of fairies is whimsical and superb for a young child's and adult's imagination. My daughter and I look forward to what will come out next!

If your little girl or boy love fairies. This book is for them. I presented my granddaughter with a wand after I read her the story. She loved it. It made for a very magical day.

I purchased this book as a birthday gift for a 5 year old. She loved it! The perfect present as the story evolves around Camilla's 5th Birthday. Great pictures, little rhymes and very colourful. Also purchased the matching sticker book. Both well recommended.
