Attractive brush. Comfortable to use. Efficiently grooms hair and messages scalp.

The Fendrihan Genuine Boar Bristle brush works well for its intended purpose of exfoliating the scalp and for transferring oils from the base of the hair to rest of the hair. I use it every day and my hair is more manageable after brushing. Bristles are firmly in place and none have fallen out. Seems durable and should last a long time. One improvement I would suggest, is a handle to make it easier to use and maneuver. Otherwise, an excellent product.

I bought this to go in my purse for daily use. It is nice and compact, well-constructed, and works as promised. It makes my hair feel nice and smooth and shiny.

Very well made-quality design-fits perfectly in the hand.OTOH, I have extremely thick wavy hair. The "medium-stiff"bristles on this brush are incapable of penetrating thru the densethicket of my hair all the way down to the scalp.This drawback is due more to my failings than anything havingto do with the brush's shortcomings. The brush would beperfect for someone with thin, short, and straight hair.

I’ve had this brush about 6 weeks, which I bought as a replacement for a bulrush that I had lost but since found. I use both brushes now and this brush has held up well. The bristle stay in place and they are stiff enough to brush thicker, curly hair. Compared to the military style brush I’ve owned for 15+ years, this one is about 1/2” shorter in length with bristles being about 1/4” shorter. I found just two bristles that had come off/broken (not an issue for this brush) and lit them on fire to test if they were real boar or nylon. They burned like real hair, so it is real hair bristle. I can’t find any other loose bristles to test, which speaks to the bristles being firmly in place and intact.

My husband loves this brush! I bought this as a Christmas present to replace his brush that he had received from his dad when he was just a little boy (that brush was part of a two brush set and was antique even then). This is the perfect replacement for his antique brush! My husband likes how the stiff bristles feel as he brushes his hair and scalp. He said that this brush feels like it was very well made and that it fits nicely in his hands. By the way, my husband has large hands so the brush seems smaller than I thought, but he likes that. The price was perfect!

I especially like the stiffness of the bristles. They brush my hair smoothly and massage my scalp. Some boar bristle brushes I have tried have softer bristles which don't work as smoothly as what I prefer.

If you want to curry a horse this is a great brush. If a human with thick or thin hair uses it you will be regretful.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It's easier to handle with the grooves in it and very pleased with this quality brush. I would recommend this brand.

Great for short thin hair that's difficult to comb. A little pricy but gets free delivery, took a while to arrive, but worth the wait.

It broke my heart to finally discard my fuller brush after countless years and I purchased this one hoping it would work out. It has very nicely. What O like first and foremost is the bristle which is firm but not hard which is exactly what I wanted. Cruises through to the scalp without any scratch and I really am liking it. I have had it a few months now and it is holding up like new. Would recommend without question.

We also own a couple Mason Pearson brushes and with this brush you get so much more boar bristle for considerably less money.The handle-less military style is great and our teenage sons love using it. It is also a great size for travel. We definitely will buy another.
