How do you mount this on a rack? Is there included hardware to mount it on the side of a rack?

The power supply strip gets mounted on a 19 inch rack the same way as your routers and switches with 2 or 4 locking nuts and screws.

Can this unit accept multiple inputs (e.g., commercial and more than one UPS) and multiple outputs? Can it prioritize specific outlets for backup?

J. Ross, no it can't. It has one input and 8 outputs. There is nothing fancy about it.
