Best sailing gloves I’ve ever had, and the only ones I’ll bother with. I tend to get through a pair in about six months, so it does make the price a bit hard to swallow, but if you’re not subjecting them to the level of abuse I am, they’ll last a couple of years at least.PROs: never had a blister or rope burn with these. Stay grippy until they’re completely worn out. No uncomfortable seams between fingers. Don’t shrink or stretch like other makes do. Don’t tend to get smelly, but if they do, a quick spin in the washing machine and they’re good as news.CONS: just so expensive!

7443, black and yellow Pro Glove.Forget the quality. Bought pair of short fingered GILL gloves as small as usually buy that size for golf gloves. S size gloves arrive too small. Can't be bothered to send them back, now girlfriends. Couple of days later buy a different pair of GILL gloves in M medium. Just arrived and smaller than other pair.I hate buying clothes on line because of sizing issues but expect to have some consistency with a high end brand leader.I will not bother with any of your products, GILL, in future, invest in some QA. Amazon delivery was terrific, great service.

Nice and distinctive, love the quality of this sailing glove. Great feel and will trimmed, no hanging threads. Worth a few bucks more than the average

I have had many pairs of Gill Pro gloves over the years and they were always my go to when I needed a new pair. They had a nice grip and were durable. However, this time I bought my usual XL and they were far too small. The XL gloves were returned for XXL, which were still too small. The XXL palm size was uncomfortably tight and fingers impossibly narrow. For reference, my palm circumstance is 8.5 inches. I'm now looking for another brand.Follow up:I purchased Zhik G2 Half Finger XL and they were too small and they were returned. I ended up with Harken XXL classic gloves and they fit, maybe a bit too large if they stretch.

Size up. These run small. They are also not pre-curved...hard to close your hand into a fist, very stiff plastic/nylon finish.

I have a slightly larger than average hand. I initially ordered the Large, they proved too small. These were returned and I ordered the XL, again too small, returned. Today the XXL arrived, the fingers were still very tight and the wrist region tight enough to make my wrist spasm. Finger length was OK.The sizing of these gloves is hopeless. the XXL would fit a small to medium female hand but fingers could be too long.Given the problematic sizing and observations on poor quality elsewhere I think Amazon sho uld consider removing this item
