Got as gift, read it quickly where i felt the need and it's very informative and helpful.

The book goes in depth in the concepts of chakra, kundalini etc. A must read in case you're looking to get into kundalini yoga. Images could have been added for the practices, it would have been more helpful!

It is helpful for anyone who is curious about chakras and wishes to learn tips about how to evolve spiritually. This help me to keep me distracted during hurricane Fiona.

Wow what a read, I’m still only half way through but the amount I have found out all ready to help me in my journey is amazing! It’s the type of book you can keep coming back to to learn more with different yoga and meditation session layouts. I’m just a beginner so if you are too, I’d get this book!
