For looking behind me for cars while riding a bike, this works but the wrist band and plastic base are huge. I would not use it on the same arm as with a watch or fitness tracking band, which is why I returned it. It also felt weird to need to lift my arm so I ended up going with mirrors that fit on glasses or helmet.

I wear this when walking and riding my bike. As a woman alone, I fell somewhat safer being able to see people coming up behind me.

I had mirrors on my electric scooter, but there wasn’t much room on the handle bars to mount mirrors. Plus, my arm was always blocking the view behind me. I feel much safer being able to check my mirror and be able to see traffic behind me.
