Custom Image Branding Iron (1.25" inch)

I am soooooo impressed with the speed of receipt of this item. Ordered Saturday, received custom stamp to my specs on Wednesday. Seller crafted this item off of a single pic, and shipped with samples of the branding on a piece of wood...still had aroma of the burnt wood when I opened the package. Not sure how he did it so quickly. But am pleased as this was a 75th bday gift...what do you get somebody who doesn't need anything? A branding iron of course! Will post update after my brother has had a chance to use it. Thank you to the seller for offering such an awesome and unique custom gift, and so quickly. Very happy with this purchase

I have both this stamp and a self-heating (electric) brand/stamp. The electric one takes a long time to heat up and a long time to cool down and is probably more suitable to multi-unit production work. This stamp is convenient and way to use, though of course you will need a propane or MAP torch to heat it up. It’s well made, the graphic logo came out great and I really like everything about it

I am so glad I stumbled upon this item before buying a stamp from Rockler or Woodcraft. I was able to creat a stamp exactly how I wanted it and simply uploaded a photo of it when I purchased the item. A few days later, the stamp arrived in the mail and it works great! I have already used it on a few projects and it gives them a finished professionalism. The stamp saved me money and provided a more custom brand that I love. Win win!

My logo spot on. They did an excellent job with the detail. I should have reduced the size by about a third. The stamp works great but, takes forever to heat up using a MAP gas torch. I tried a standard propane torch and after 15 mins it would barely have enough heat to make a little shine on the wood.

I ordered this stamp as a gift. I was very nervous because it is a custom item and knew that if done wrong it would be an expensive mistake. While the custom formatting piece was a bit tricky to figure out since I don’t have the greatest skills with computers I submitted my image pretty easily. There are size guidelines right on the customization piece of the order form and as long as it fits in the box all is well. Then I got nervous i had screwed it up somehow and called the seller anyway just to double check my self. While I couldn’t leave a message because the mail box was full he must have seen my number because he called me back within a few hours. He assured me that he would check my image and call me back if there was any question or problem with my design. He called me again 2 days later and told me that he had had to darken some of it to make it work but assured me it would be fine. I got the stamp just in time for Christmas and I couldn’t be more pleased. The stamp is sent with a piece of wood with several samples of your design burned into it so you can see exactly how it will look in use. I can’t wait to give this as a gift! It is exactly how I imagined it and I am absolutely thrilled with it!The only negative thing I would say is that the way Amazon has worked it, the item reads as shipped before the seller has even seen the design and verified that it can be done. This may be confusing as it reads as shipped within hours although it does take a few days for your custom order to be made.

Excellent craftsmanship, but I expected it in the box that’s shown on Amazon. There were no basic instructions like you see in one of the pictures, needs to provide exactly what’s in the pictures to have credibility. I found the packaging cheap and unprofessional, if you make a great tasting steak, you don’t serve it on a garbage can lid.

I reached out to the company in late February because my iron chipped while heating it, (it remains very protected when not in use and I loved using it and the results), a replacement was offered and I'm still trying to get through and have not yet seen the replacement. Customer service seemed very attentive but I have absolutely no idea what is happening. I've provided them with all they asked for including the original Amazon order, photos, and my mailing address. Still no iron??????UPDATE...following several email communications I found out that a replacement had been sent to Boise, Idaho back in April, but I live in Minnesota. HHS processed another replacement and it just arrived today. This was a long process but the seller stayed in the loop with me and I'm once again a happy customer!

Bought this to use with woodworking. Brand impression is so uneven that you cannot get a full burn in the middle without completely scorching the end to where it is not readable. Was originally intending to use this in a drill press but the hole for the handle was drilled so far at an angle that let alone chucking it into the drill press it is difficult to even use it by hand.Contacted the seller about a refund due to it not being useable and they said that Amazon does not allow them to. Contacted Amazon and they said that sellers can refund products like these.DO NOT BUY! I have written off the money spent on this and will be throwing it in the garbage but want to warn others to not waste their time and to avoid a company that lies to their customers in order to avoid having to stand behind their shoddy product

Very Clear Stamping as stated. I used a tiger torch on a 20 lb propane tank and heated up in about two minutes., Very happy with product

It came out beautifully- the tiniest little letters are clear and it is a perfect replica of my logo. Very nice. Quick shipping too, considering the workmanship!
