I picked this up thinking it would help with energy since I work nights. It certainly delivers. The energy you get from this isn’t like caffeine, I found it to be more like genuine adrenaline. It’s hard to explain. My only gripe would be once you take it every day for a week the effects become more subtle. It’s also a bit too pricey for continue taking it, but it definitely feels higher quality so you get what you pay for. I didn’t have any side effects.

Been taking this product for over 3 years now. ONE capsule every day as opposed to the recommended 4?! Why? because it gave me way too much energy, I was a little jittery when I took 2, can't imagine 4. Always start with the lowest dose and work your way up if needed, feel your body. That said, I take this religiously every morning with a tall glass of water, wouldn't dare leave home without it.It was first recommended to me by an acupuncturist whom I went to in desperate need of relief from extreme fatigue and stress. He said something to me that made total sense at the time... We carry on every day, pushing and carrying all kinds of stuff, stress etc. Then one day we start feeling like we're going uphill with the same load. This product helped make that load lighter. I was buying a similar product from my Dr office. This one has the same ingredients is less expensive and works well. I take four and day and my adrenals are doing well.

Over the years, I've thrown a LOT of money away on supplements that do nothing. I have to say, however, that this stuff actually produces an increase in energy and focus. I set an alarm in the morning for an hour before I get up, take two of these, then go back to bed. When my "go time" alarm goes off, I am definitely more ready to get in gear for the day, and it's not a jitter-fest like caffeine produces. It doesn't create "Limitless" type results, but it's been completely worthwhile in my experience. 5 stars!

I originally started using this product because it is made by the same company that makes the thyroid prescription (Nature Throid) I was taking at the time and was formulated to work with the prescription. It is not as strong as some other adrenal supplements (Dr. Wilson’s), but does have herbs that support the adrenals. I have found this to be great when I’m not under a lot of stress, then it works really well.
