Kleenite was recommended by our family's orthodontist, for cleaning clear retainers. It works well. We are very happy to have this product.The method that we use is as follows: keep a package of thin plastic cups in the bathroom, remove the two retainers from mouth after wearing overnight and rinse them with water, place a small amount of Kleenite in a cup and add water (per package directions), place the two retainers in the cup and leave to soak in the solution all day, remove the retainers from the solution at night, rinse them off with water and toothbrush, place the retainers in mouth to wear overnight, pour the solution down the drain, dispose of cup in trash, wear retainers overnight, repeat.

I have used this product for many years and it works very well. Not available anymore in stores. I do feel that the last several bottles used were not quite as strong and effective as the "old formula". This requires more powder used to achieve good results. The product powder does look the as it always has. Just started the new bottle so will compare that. I would still buy it though. Superior to store Drop-in tablets which dissolve. Nothing else is available to achieve excellent results, in my opinion.Supplier did very well. I would order again.

I could no longer find this in the stores where I shopped in my area. Thank goodness for Amazon! It's true you can find almost everything you need here. I use this product for a mouth guard because I grind my teeth in my sleep -- this product is easy to use. Thank you!

I just sprinkle them on my retainers in a container and let it soak for a few hours. Gets the job done and you don't need a lot of product.

I've uses this product for years to soak my plastic dental retainers. It does not stain them or leave an unpleasant smell or taste. One bottle lasts me a long time.

Excellent product. I have a Moses dental appliance (similar to retainer but used by those with sleep apnea). Happily, this product did not cloud or yellow my dental appliance during the past year. Other cleanser have been known to do that. Upon my recommendation, my brother is using this product as well. I take the individual packet version with me while traveling.

I use this on my night guard.....wow, what a difference! Great product.
