No stainless steel here...
In one ad I seen that these were advertised as being SS, nothing could be further from the truth. The parts themselves work and fit very well. Just make sure when replacing the guide and roller pins that yours are not 7/16" and are 3/8" as advertised. like mine were 7/16" and found the kit useless but that was an error on my part by not cancelling order soon enough. It's a good product and I recommend it!

Perfect for repairing old doors
This was easy to install except for the part the upper pivot goes into. I had to trim the track a teeny bit to get it to slide in and clamp down but if I wasn't lazy I could have taken the track off and installed it. No more floppy doors! The screws the lower pivot holder goes into a pretty short so I'd recommend some longer screws going into the wall to make sure it holds well.

Brilliant replacement kit for Wickes BiFold Door
If you need a replacement kit for your Wickes bi-fold doors, GET THIS NOW...you need this...seriously!Not quite sure how I can get so excited about some door hardware, but - read on...Actually, even if your current door seems to work OK, get this anyway as you'll soon realise the kit supplied with your original door is rubbish (I mean, SO bad!)The door had always creaked a little and the original flimsy bottom floor mounting got damaged REALLY easily when the door was removed e.g. for decorating.The top guide wheel shattered into a million (well at least 10) pieces when I removed the door a few weeks ago, so went searching for a replacement.Wickes want to charge a stupid price (around £35) for their replacement kit, but this alternative seemed to get good reviews so held my breath and took the plunge.This is a direct replacement - although I did re-drill the fitting holes to 10mm as they always seemed too tight even for the original fittings. (TIP: If the plastic parts don't come out easily, just drill them out with the 10mm drill - carefully)However, the quality is superb - much better than the old ones I removed.Everything you need is included in a nice moulded packageBottom floor fitting is MUCH more robust and really easy to adjust.Top guide wheel is much better quality and smooooooooooooth - all the creaks and rattles have gone.IF I COULD GIVE THIS 6 STARS I WOULD!!!Really please with it...if you hadn't noticed!!!
