Disgusting!!! This straightening brush was purchased NEW. When received, somebody's hair was in the bristles. The product's appearance was not the same as advertised in the picture. The product did not turn on when plugged in. It did not work! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!!!

I don't know if i got a bad unit, but even on high, it barely touches my wavy hair. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.
The product came without any instructions. No indicator to show if it has reached the right temperature. Nothing at all. Its is made cheaply and has been misrepresented completely. Plugged it in and it did't work AT ALL. Called Customer Service and was told to go to [email protected] for instructions. No such address. It took me to pinterest pages. When I asked for a supervisor was told that I was talking to the best person (who was reading from a script). Was also told that if I return it I would be charged a 30% restocking fee.This company should be shut down.

I got the damn thing and it wouldn't get luke warm much less hot ever since I opened the package. IT IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!
