Terrific Bread Knife
I love the Zwilling Professional S line of knives and this bread knife exhibits all of the qualities I appreciate. It is substantial but not heavy, balanced, and has spectacular fit and finish. I find the Professional S knives to have the most comfortable handles out there. The knife is very sharp and slices bread beautifully.
