Works great. Muscles are fuller and have a nice pump. Taste is nothing lol i mix it in with my pre so my pre workout flavor is all i taste. Mixes well no clumps. Can really tell the difference when i am taking vs when i ran out and stopped taking it. I loved the full pumped feel and look.

My favorite addition to preworkout. I mix this with ghost legend and pump (in moderate doses) and I swear it is the missing link. I hate just overloading on stims, but still want some noticeable benefits, and this is something I will swear by now. Dissolves almost instantly, no taste, I sincerely believe it adds to the pump, and possibly strength during a workout. I've tried just about everything put out in the last 30 years from a supplement standpoint, and with the exception of the banned prohormones from years ago, most don't do anything worth paying for. I'd put this on par with creatine, NO enhancers and caffeine. It (glycerol) is available in bulk at a slightly better price, but this is inexpensive and well worth it.

I liked this product, but after one container I swapped to a more affordable version. They sell the same thing in bulk form, by the pound or kilo, for less money. Got good pumps, mixed with my pre workout. This mostly is a cell voluminlzer kinda like creatine. I implemented this into my daily supplements, but buy the bulk bag instead.

This is a great supplement for feeding your muscles DURING your workout! One of the only supplements on the market today, that actually works, it will hydrate your muscles and fill them during your workout, your pump will be pretty intense! Use 2 scoops on Arm days! TRUST ME :) -PERRIN FITNESS

This product is great for pumps and electrolytes. It's great for when you're sick, before workouts, or just need some extra hydration! It's great to mix with water/juice/etc for hikes and any other labor intensive work/fun and sip it through out the day.

I like you can mix it with whatever you want and it dissolves easy and during your workout you can feel a pump and endurance is more than with out it.
