Fun time with family and friends
If you love D&D then you might love this game. Basically you work together until a haunt happens and a traitor is revealed (sometimes there's no traitor) then you have to do whatever the specific haunt wants you to do to win as either the traitor or the other players. It has several different haunts/outcomes. It's artwork is nice and it's complex but easy to learn. Quality of the boardgame is nice, it's fun and everything fits just right.

A Great Game
This game is based on the Betrayal at the House on the Hill, but in a fantasy setting. Your party of adventurers cooperatively explores a city (that you create while you explore) until an event happens that changes the game into a competitive game. It is a fun idea that allows for creativity. There are lots of different scenarios that wind up playing out (called Betrayals) resulting in a very high replayability. It is a little complex for those not used to game complexity but can be learned well after trying it out for a round or two.I highly recommend it.

Love it!
Got it, played it with Betrayal super fans and had a great time. Every single player agreed we're playing again next week the moment the game ended. Really fun!

Great game, fun for all and components great except for the figures
As stated if not for the very poor figures, this would be a 5 star review. Many are bent and permanently twisted so that they are not up to the par of D&D figures. The wizards staff is permanently bent so it looks more like a ball and chain and not a staff. The rogue is bent forward so she will barely stand. I actually used my D&D figures for them which makes it all better, but all don't have that luxury to have miniatures lying around to replace with. Other than those small complaints, the game is awesome and fun for all. If you like the original Betrayal and D&D then this is for you. .

No Baldur's Gate Knowledge Necessary
We are huge fans of Betrayal at House on the Hill and have been playing for years. My friend loves the Baldur's Gate video game so we got this for him as a gift and he was stoked. We all played several rounds of this game together (even though most of us didn't know or have played Baldur's Gate at all). This is basically the same mechanics as original Betrauyl with some fun new skins and theming on the cards, haunts, etc. If you like Betrayal, I would recommend this new version. I hope they make more!

A fun intricate game that's easy to pick up and hard to master
I've played the original Betrayal so picking up and playing this game wasn't hard at all. Although upon first playing this game with my friends we found that it was easier than the original game the rulings were a little more detailed and simplified. It's an amazing game to play with friends.

Exactly what you want!
It has super fun, creative and elaborate scenarios! It definitely has replayability as you will never get the same scenario twice. I’m told it plays scenarios like you would experience in Baldur’s Gate 3 but I haven’t played it so I can’t comment personally on that. You will totally love this game.

Love it!!!
Good range of haunts and very fun to play. Although the haunts seem simple for the traitor and work in favour of the heroes. Fun game and I highly recommend to those that love strategic adventure games. If you're looking for something similar but a bit tricker on the heroes I recommend 'Betrayal at House on the Hill' another Hasbro Game with slightly Harder haunts.

Great fun
Awesome game, bought as a present for a DnD & boardgame lover, and we have both thoroughly enjoyed playing. Heaps of replayability and variety, so many rats though...
