Complete waste of $150. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to use it until after the window to return it was closed.

So I received the sprayer. Upon assembling, I discovered that where the fitting screws to the wand, the part the hose attaches to { the plastic barb }, where the barb exists the fitting is where it leaked. Contacted the support phone number. They are very professional, told them where the problem was and they are now shipping me a new wand. Awesome!

Just received today, so here's my first impression. Out of the box it's clearly cheap feeling compared to my Lesco no pump sprayer that cost me over $200. The unit is not weather proof for the battery compartment. On initial startup the unit leaked from the hose clamp on the wand side. A better clamp from a hardware store resolved that. Without a nozzle in the wand and with a 5 gallon bucket, I was able to spray out 96 Oz of water in 1 minute, not exactly 1gpm but much better than my Lesco which at max puts out under .25 gpm. Filled the unit to the one gallon mark, installed a white flood jet tip TF-VP4, and marked off 1000sqft. Set my stop watch and comfortably walked the area walking back and forth in rows while spraying. I found the unit to be nearly perfect for my walking pace, I do walk with a bit of urgency when spraying so a more relaxed pace may empty the 1 gallon in just about 70 seconds for 1000sgft. With my lesco, I would have to make 4 passes to cover the 1000sqft or walk painfully slow, which then created a blotchy type of application. I have not used the sprayer yet for fertilizer/ weed control yet but being able to cover 8000sqft in under 10 minutes and just 2 refills would be great. I have. Ot researched if the pump is available for replacement or if the sprayer is serviceable, but if I only get a few years out of it, I wouldn't be upset, just because of the time savings. The unit is surprisingly comfortable to wear although I have yet to put 4 gallons of water in it yet. Hope this helps those like me who couldn't find the info I just posted.

both ends of the hose leak! I've taken apart, used plumbers tape, and extra clamps at both ends...still leaks. Getting the chemicals on my back side is not acceptable, but will take apart one more time to attempt a repair on the internal hose joint.

Best thing ever! Makes spraying actually enjoyable…no more pumping. This thing sprays far out too. Just sprayed all around the house, shed, every bush and tree with insecticide, plus sprayed crossbow throughout the woods. Simple to use. Battery lasts for 6 fill ups and recharges in three hours or so. There’s a handy compartment on one side that stores the charger. Love this thing!

This backpack sprayer is awful. The spray nozzle is cheap. The unit started leaking from the bottom after 4 uses. The top leaks because its cheap plastic cap does not fit. Avoid this sprayer.

I've been using this for a few months for lawn care (pesticide, herbicide, fungicide), and really like it. Good GPM, great battery life, and easy to use.
