My kid ordered this bubble gun but the gun was defective and cannot work I ordered for return but no product is delivered despite initiating the return immediately

Old Stock...
The bottle of bubble is clearly damaged. The foil covering was undone and if you look closely at the label of the bottle, you can see that it's battered, old and damaged. The Gun is also missing a part. That yellow/orange coloured nose part is missing.This is clearly a rip-off. Nobody please buy this.. It's not a new product at all. They are just sending us their old stock.
