USA Pan Bakeware Nonstick Jelly Roll Baking Sheet Pan, Aluminized Steel

I would give this pan ten stars if I could! I’m an active chef and I didn’t know I needed a quality pan of this size until I got it, and now it is my favorite baking pan! First of all it is a high-quality pan, nonstick and easy to clean. It browns and cooks food evenly, even in the corners. It’s heavy enough to handle substantially-weighted foods (roasts) without bending. The sides are high enough to contain juices, yet low enough to evenly bake foods in my convection oven. The size is ideal for so many uses: not too much unused area, yet compact enough to easily handle while hot. I’ve used it for cinnamon rolls, butter buns, roasting vegetables, cookies, brownies, small batch cornbread and bars. Smaller roasts and fish fillets, that’s what comes to mind right now. Even with recipes that say to grease the pan, I’ve been able to use a silicone spatula and remove food effortlessly. I love this size as I can bake several pans at the same time and still have sufficient airflow between them. The pan cleans easily with a soft sponge, and I dry it promptly to keep it looking like new. Even heating, no hot spots. USA ⭐️ PAN is the premier baking pan brand in my opinion. I use quite a few pans of theirs. I’m pleased that they can be purchased on Amazon for very reasonable prices over kitchen retail store prices. As a serious baker I’ve cooked with many brands in my lifetime, but my kitchen cupboards are stocked with USA⭐️PAN baking pans. I can most highly recommend this pan as well as others in this line.

Where has this pan been all my life! A little on the heavy side but I purchased the XL size for sheet pan dinners etc to meal prep. When I read the reviews about it not warping and how nice it was I also saw where people went back and bought more sizes. And after using this pan for a couple weeks I did the same! Food just slides off and it's so easy to clean. I cant wait to receive the smaller sizes. Very well made and sturdy. Made in the USA.

This is well made and durable. I actually use it as basically a permanent drip pan in a brand new oven. Its sturdy, easy to clean, and has worked well for that for over a year now with zero warping or anything. My wife has a lot of oven spills and by far this makes sheet is easy to clean than the entire oven. I put a silicon liner in it and change that out from time to time too.

Excellent baking sheet. My chocolate chip cookies bake evenly and tender every time. The finish makes cleanup simple. It is well worth the cost.

We're a family of 5. We cook almost everyday. We often used two pans or cooked two batches. So why did I not think to just get a bigger pan before now?! I saw this being used by a fellow mom, and as soon as she said "I can fit a whole pack of bacon on this," I gave my money to Uncle Jeff (Bezos, that's what we call him in my house) and had him next day this to my front door. I love it! The ridges help everything stay crispy, I can fit so much on it, it's easy to clean, and it is STURDY.

Love this pan for baking or heating food in my Convection counter top oven. No warping issues.. easy to clean... Bakes evenly.. perfect for broiling marinated chicken breasts or fish or toasted open face sandwiches and what not. I line with parchment paper for easy clean up. Thumb up ! Highly recommend. Will last forever.. super solid weight with raised sides , so you could even roast a few marinated veggies .. or french fries or small pizza. No joins in corners.. quality all the way.

I really like this pan. It's so sturdy and pretty heavy too. It looks and feels like a well made and solid tray that will last a long time. I'm pretty happy and it cooks food well. Be aware that it might not arrive in perfect condition there are areas where the coating seems to have been worn away or scratched. I assume this is because of how they've been stored. On the pan I received this seems to be more on the sides, rims and bottom. The main cooking surface seems to be okay but be aware. I wash and dry mine but finish it off in the oven to make sure there's no water left caught under the rolled rims.

I am slowly replacing my baking sheets/pans, etc with these pans. Highly recommend Arrived, as expected, within 48 hours.
