awesome mixer controller the best for the price...this mixer is extremely awesome all what u need is time with the mixer, the good thing about this is have 4 aux line in and 2 mic in so if u not need something special u can use 2 phones or iPad for mix (no only Virtual DJ ) the audio quality is realky good the construction is strong and beautiful, this mixer have everything exactly what I need for home or dj events, every day i find new functions in the mixer , 2 xlr out going to my powered speakers, all what u need is TIME with this mixer don not return because in this price Nothing is better than mixer for sure!!!! A+++++

I love this board, only complaint I have with it is that the board is built with a generic crossfader ... as a scratch artist this generic part went on me twice as I use the fader quite extensively, but on the bright side, its compatible with innofader crossfaders so we good there. The sound that comes from this board is absolutely stunning, Ive been in the music industry almost 30 years, and the DSP sound board more then satisfies me, for the price, well worth it

Fantastic Change. I was using an American Audio MXR14 Mixer and Turntables. I am not as young as I use to be and the weight of the old turntable coffin was not on my favorites list. I like that the VMS5 has the same jog knob as the MXR14 that I am use to, and has better looping, hot cues, and sampler buttons than the MXR14. I already have Virtual DJ 7 and 8 and now I am using 8 due to this VMS5 already being mapped. I have my first gig with it this coming weekend but practicing with it has been a joy and a lot of fun. I feel it has stepped my skills up.

Pitch too sensitive and not responsive after beat matching. Not really very friendly for beginners as they may be overwhelmed with features. Has all the fancy features a dj would want. A bit expensive

This product was shipped in with a cord adapter completely broke in half, like a fork truck ran it over.

This is a great mixer. This unit was used but still great shape.However this model is now discontinued

This unit came with a smashed power supply so I could not check the unit, so I returned it only to get 2nd unit replacement with another smashed power supply! Others reporting the same problem. Mixer packing is all OK. These power supplies appear to have been damaged before being packed into product box. Poor reflection on manufacturer and packing company!

The mixer does excelente work. The software licenses has to be purchased separately for additional features.

Very well built. I'm not a fan of controllers because space is wasted on unneeded features like flange, filter, loop that most of us don't use, which is why it didn't get the 5th star.

Die Verpackung war in Ordnung, wobei eine Wartezeit von einer Woche innerhalb Deutschland nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß ist (nach meiner Meinung). Ich versuchte den Controller mit VDJ 8 ans Laufen zu bringen. Softwaremäßig wurde alles angezeigt was die Hardware hergab. Leider reagierten aber die Einstellungen über Midilog 1 bis 4 über USB "akustisch" (Höhen,Mittel,Bass,Gain) überhaupt nicht, obwohl die Einstellungen von der Software am Bildschirm angezeigt wurden. (Auf der Frontseite wurden die Regler bestimmungsgemäß auf USB gestellt.) Diesbezüglich versuchte ich auch alle Youtube-Einstellungen. Nichts half! In wie weit die Regler bei Externen Geräten funktionieren, weiß ich nicht, da ich nur über USB den VMS5 betreiben wollte. Was den Support VOM VERKÄUFER betrifft - er ist GROTTENSCHLECHT. Per Telefon konnte ich in Erfahrung bringen, dass der Verkäufer per Telefon keinerlei Support anbietet. Wenn, dann nur schriftlich (e-Mail usw). Zum Gerät selbst, wenn ALLES funktioniert hätte, wäre ich begeistert gewesen. Es hat alle Anschlüsse die man im Normalfall benötigt, die Regler usw. sind farblich top beleuchtet und machen einen wertigen Eindruck. Das Gehäuse ist aus Metall und scheint sehr robust zu sein, wobei hier doch einiges an Gewicht zusammen kommt - hat aber den Vorteil für einen sicheren Stand. Die beiliegende Beschreibung ist auf englisch, wobei man sie per Internet auch auf deutsch bekommt. (Hätte man auch auf deutsch beilegen können) Das Gerät wurde zurück gesendet.

J'ai eu énormément de problèmes avec ce contrôleur. Deja VDJ8, que ce soit la version pro officielle, ou la version LE fournie, plantent au scan de la bibliotheque musicale, alors que la version 7 ne plantait pas, mais la version 8 ne reprend pas les données xml des versions precedentes... Mais pire encore le plantage n'a pas de log permettant de corriger le problème dans la base de donnée. Ce plantage s'accompagne également de la disparition de la moitié droite de la skin vms5 et de la correction du mapping sur la distribution des lignes qu'il faudra re-rentrer manuellement rapidement, si commme moi vous tentez malgré tout l'aventure de mixer a une soirée sans prendre en compte le problème de base de données.Si vous essayer, comme moi, de corriger du coup le driver fourni ASIO pour votre attribution de ligne, le controleur ne répond plus, même si vous reportez la même attribution de lignes sur vdj8...Et rien n'est fait pour une éventuelle compatibilité avec vdj7...Elle marche peut être mieux avec Traktor, mais je n'ai pas eu le courage d'essayer...J'ai également eu les version VMS4 et VMS4. 1La version la plus stable pour moi, est la version 4, même pas la 4.1 qui a subit deux retour SAV et qui perdait la ligne C après 2h de mix en soirée...J'ai pas les moyens pour une autre marque, mais j'ai retrouvé une VMS4...

Vengo de una american audio vms 4.1 y menos el sonido que algo mejoro, el resto no le veo ninguna ventaja al reves platos mas grandes pero siguen sin poder utilizarse y ahora el espacio para las botoneras es muy reducido, fallo de poner los loops en un potenciometro. Una pena porque para mi la 4.1 era casi perfecta exceptuando los jogs. Otro punto en contra que no funciona con la versión 7 pro del virtual dj. Solo con virtual dj 8
