The product was already damaged and the shades were all messed up.

The first product arrived damaged in shipping and I got a fast replacement. Beautiful shades! This is a gift so I haven't tried them but what a pretty palette it is. :)

Don't do it! Purchase your pallete in the store.
Completely disappointed. Never purchasing makeup thru the mail. Three shades Completely ruined. Literally gone. The eyeshadow was caked on the pallette & all inside the delivery packaged.
