SURPRISING !!
I have quite a few S&W but this one seems different. Now, if your a knife snob please disregard this review... this knife is not for you. Also, it's Chinese so no need to read further if you object to that. But if you're someone wanting a good functional knife to abuse for a few years and then purchase another... listen up!The first thing that impressed me was the comfort of this knife. It is contoured perfectly and the checkered rubber scale coating makes it very grippy. The liners are thin giving it enough strength without too much weight... only 3.2oz. It has the typical nylon washers but they are smooth and hold the blade tight. No play at all and it is perfectly centered and tightly retained when closed. The flowing open pillar design is simple and makes this knife easy to clean. There is thumb jimping on the scales which is okay but not the best... I added some grip tape on the blade spine which really gets a grip! There is a generous lanyard hole and the pivot pin has torx fasteners on both sides for adjustment. The deep carry clip is solid but not too tight. I like that.The blade comes out with use of thumb studs and can be flicked open easily if that's your preference. Thumb stud is easy to get at for lefties also! The lock up is very good. The liner lock is a bit on the thin side but locks solid and operates smoothly... easy one handed operation. The Chinese stainless blade has a traditional shape and came acceptably sharp but please sharpen to your liking... it's easy. It's a hollow grind with relief edge. The entire knife is black except for the edge and lettering on the blade. Very good looking.All this is good but the best part is the street value of 10 bucks! I don't see how anyone could complain about this knife for the price. It's a no brainer... just buy one, use the heck out of it and buy another when it's destroyed. Or, buy 2 or 3 right off the bat. This one's a keeper!

Great Everyday Carry Knife
I use this as my EDC, and it does everything I need it to do. It came sharp right out of the package. It is easy to open and close with one hand.

Perfect pocket knife
Very sharp and durable. Perfect knife to keep in your pocket. Hasn’t ever jammed up. Works great. Very safe.

Worth the price. Flick open is not smooth
Great knife for the price. I reduced one star because it doesn't open as smoothly with just the thumb. Gotta use both hands to open. Blade is sturdy and sharp.

Terrific knife, great price
Love this knife - it is always in my pocket. It flicks out as fast as a switch blade, has a keen edge that sharpens well, and is a good size that fits comfortably in the pocket but is big enough to be useful for all sorts of things. Great value at this price!!

Excellent knife.....light but very strong.
Super fast shipping....blade is very sharp right out of the box. Knife is very well made and not bulky in my pocket. Handle grips well.

No longer worth the money
Decent knife when it was 10 dollars. Used to by them kinda regularly ( I’m hard on my things and tend to lose them) but 17 bucks? No thanks. No longer worth the price

Real good knife
I had a lot of these kind of knives over the years, this one is one of the best for what I use it forI carry two of these flip out knives, one for working n one for cutting up my food to eat, I carry my working one on the inside of my right front pocket n the other inside my back left pocketMy working knife has a part that is good for cutting rope , this one doesn't have the teeth part for cutting rope easier, I keep this one clean a lot more cause I use it to cut up foodSometimes I misplace one of them n since I carry 2 I always got a back up n sometimes I got to use one for everythingI keep spare ones also just in case I lose one, which I did a few times, or if I misplace it n can't find it for awhile I just use another one I got until I find the one I misplacedI camp out a lot so these come in handy living in the wildI also use my clean cutting one when I go out to eat n the place gives you plastic knives to cut up your food,I just whip this one out n it is way easier to cut up your foodThe price is really good on this one also
