It does improve with use. Essential for cordless mowers.
A revelation to me is that you can't expose cordless mowers to water. All the major brands state this in their user manuals. I thought I was going to end up spending 20 minutes cleaning my cordless mower where I could clean my gas mower in 1 minute with a spray hose.Needless to say I started to explore options and ran into this product. I did some reading and watched Youtube videos on this and competeing products and ended up trying this.As you can see from the photos of 1st coat, 2nd coat and 3rd coat that there is still buildup on the mower deck after use. The last photo (with the brush) shows the deck after using just the dry brush in the picture to wipe away the debris. It was almost perfectly clean. It became progressively easy to clean the deck after each application with the 3rd application producing the results shown.If that continues it's good enough for me. Having to wipe the deck with a damp cloth is either eliminated or greatly reduced, saving me a lot of time.Looking forward to continued success. Will update if anything changes.

Mo Deck works.
I cleaned my 3 under decks really good and sprayed half the can on them. The next time there was very little grass stuck on. Really happy with Mo Deck.

Product Is Not Only Horrible, You Also Can't Return It For a Refund
There were all kinds of problems after I ordered this product. First, it took almost two weeks to arrive after I ordered it - which was 4 days later than Amazon stated it would arrive. Next, although this product is advertised to prevent grass buildup on the bottom of your lawn mower & make it easier to clean, I found just the opposite to be true. The spray does not completely dry on your mower as claimed on he can. Instead, there's a oily film that remains which actually attracts grass clippings to stick to your mower. So, when I tried to return this on Amazon's site, I got sent in a circle on their website and could never get to a page to where I could finish the return/refund process. So, I'm having to eat the price of this bad product because I'm certainly NOT going to use anymore of it on my new Honda mower. In fact, I had to spend over an hour cleaning that sticky mess off with some powerful degreaser!!

Cleaner the deck, better the mow.
MO-DECK lawnmower deck spray works great!!! I've been using this product for years. I scrape and power wash the underside of the deck, then spray a generous amount of MO-DECK on the underside of the deck and on the blades. Sometimes I can go 2 seasons before I have to do this process over.
