Stone Cold Dead: A Pulse Pounding British Crime Thriller (DCI Kett Crime Thrillers Book 6)

I like the characters and the continuing theme through all the books so far. A bit gory at times but never a dull moment!

Great author apart from the over use of the word vertigo and repetitive let out a breath i diddnt know i was holding lolEither way the storylines are great and i look forward to reading the next book in the series i will be sad when the series is over

Stone Cold Dead, a DCI Robert Kett Novel (6) by Alex Smith, is another brilliant addition to the series. While some books written in a series can be read individually, I do recommend you to read these in the order they were written as you will most certainly enjoy and understand them more. Stone Cold Dead is the sixth DCI Robert Kett novel and it delivers on every front - plenty of action, suspense, mystery, humour, twists and turns. Whilst some series can start to get old, these books seem to get better and better, and I am eagerly looking forward to reading book seven. Brilliant.

I have read 6 of Alex Smith’s books one after the other, non stop. I’m hooked! On to number 7!

It was nice for the other characters of Savage and Porter to get more of an opportunity for their characters to be explored. A great series of books to read

Another great story in this series. Great characters, exciting, fast paced story. Good to get to know more about other characters.

I was a little apprehensive on this book as Robbie was no longer on the force and laid up after being shot,but Alex has written it so well that Robbie is in the background and allowed the other two D.I 's to come into there own and formed a really good team and have came out at the end all covered with bruising and stitches to match ,oh and not forgetting Colin the bravest little dog ever ☺ that turns out to be a she 😂

Loved it. The characters are amazing (aside from the tea thing). Only four stars this time as not enough Kett!
