wrong flavor
don't have the flavor of mortadella , taste more like hot dog

Was expecting something else
In my experience, Mortadella is a finer 'bologna' -- I was anticipating something with a larger diameter, and that wasn't quite so dense. Slicing this meant it was fairly 'chunky' which was not the texture I was looking for in terms of a sandwich. Flavor is good, but it is not quite what I was looking for.

Was expecting deli meat
If you are expecting to cut this very thin for sandwiches, it will not work. It’s not as dense as deli meat needs to be.
