Delouis Champagne Ardenne Vinegar

I use this for salad dressings and it's slightly less potent than most champagne vinegar, which adds the perfect amount of acidity for my dressings and dishes. Highly recommend this brand

This is an excellent Champagne Vinegar, especially for the price point! I used to be able to find decent specialty vinegars in my local grocery shops, but no longer. So for the past year, I’ve been ordering this brand from Amazon, and I’ve been blown away by the quality. The bottle is huge, about as large as a full size wine bottle and it lasts forever. I prefer to make my own salad dressings and Champagne Vinaigrette is our family’s favorite. I use the recipe on Food Network by Ina Garten (The Barefoot Contessa), and it is an absolute hit any time I serve it.

When one uses champagne vinegar, it’s for distinctive reasons, and it surely can make make a vinaigrette or dish. Just like wine, why cook with lesser quality than you’d drink? I dont drink vinegar, but I did taste this, out of the bottle, side-by-side with the brand I had on hand, also good … but not this. Big difference and worth the price.
