Can you clarify why the listing of this product says "Dishwasher Safe," but the seller has answered questions here saying it is not dishwasher safe?

I love mine. I also do wash in very hot soapy water. It is delicate glass. You would need to be careful where and how you place it in the dishwasher.

Will it froth non-dairy milk?

Yes, it froths soy milk just fine. Also, lactac free milk.

Can you put this in the microwave to heat the milk?

Yes, it is glass and I do it all the time. I find if I heat it for one minute, the milk froths perfectly and is not too hot or cold.

I just ordered this and paid $12.95. I just looked this frothed again and the price has doubled. What is up with the inflated price?

I paid close to $20 and I was ok with it because compared to others I felt this one was justified especially because of the brand . I trust that ninja products are good because I use and own a good amount of appliances. But let me tell you what a disappointment mine barely frothed cold lactate or regular milk, I also tried it with caramel creamer like the Dunkin’ kind you get at supermarket and it worked the tiniest bit and the foam doesn’t last and you have to do it again if you’re not fast enough. Same with in your coffee don’t expect to let it sit because it’ll disappear
