Luckily, I haven’t had to actually use it, but I like the features.The box that it came in didn’t indicate there was a flashlight feature, but I had to experiment with the buttons. I was going to send it back because it wasn’t working, but there’s a little switch on top that actually turns it on. From there you can use the zapper or the flashlight.The instructions weren’t very clear on how to operate it.It clips on the inside of my purse so I can just pull it out.

The media could not be loaded. It’d not work. I was excited cause I had previously purchased a pen taser in Amazon from a different seller. This one would not even turn on, I charged it and once I plugged it the light will come on but still would not work. For some reason when I tried to return it, UPS charged me about 65% of the cost of this product just to shipped it back even after stating it was from Amazon and that were all the labels available to print. I’m waiting on the seller to reach about my refund and item replacement.
