I love the bright color of the outside of the bowls and since coincidently I have Corelle dishes that are square, they will fit right in when using these dishes on the dinner table. Please realize that the large bowl is pretty large, kind of like the size of the largest bowl in a set of mixing bowls. The largest bowl could be a salad serving bowl. The middle bowl is the size that someone could have a larger salsa while the smallest bowl could be for a smaller salad. These bowls are up breakable and they are microwave and freezer safe ( taken from product site ) and top rack dishwasher safe (I checked with the seller). They can also be used for pasta, and serving pieces for dinner for a smaller family for mashed potatoe and vegetables. They are a good "go to" bowl when you just can't find the right size.I have included several pictures that will help you decide if these dishes will be good for you.I received these dishes at a reduced cost in exchange for a fair and honest review. Being the woman of the house, I love to cook and host parties. As well as cooking and baking for my family of 3. I've been meaning to get rid of my old bowls and replacing them with better looking and presentable ones for my in laws. These were perfect. Since receiving these I've been using them for just about everything! From using them as a prep dish before creating a soup, to salads to fruit bowl to much more! The biggest bowl is even perfect for placing steamed or grilled corn out. They also make great mixing bowls for items like pancakes. Super easy to wash in warm water.
