Airfix Royal Aircraft Factory BE2c Night Fighter 1:72 Military Plastic Model Kit

A great challenge for the fumble-fingered, failing eyesight senior citizen like myself. Especially since I decided to add the "wire" bracing and control cables. Took several days to complete. Turned out pretty well, if I say so myself.

Haven't begun the build yet.But examination of parts appears to be an easy build.Lost all of my paints in a recent move and now with enamels disappearing it might be a while.

Fantastic kit of this important aircraft; molding of the crew and Lewis guns is as good as the best aftermarket items i e ever seen.

Airfix has really improved their game

This is NOT the old Airfix BE2c kit of days gone by! Nicely rendered kit, consisting of three gray sprues of plastic parts, including to pilots in seated positions. Markings for William Leefe Robinson's Zeppelin killing aircraft from World War 1 (with beautiful box art depicting the shoot down). High quality Cartograph decals and detailed instructions round out the VERY reasonably priced kit! Recommended!
