Heavy Duty Professional Adjustable Power Rack Weight Lifting Cage with Cable System & Deluxe Pull Up Bar

I originally ordered a power rack from another company but it got damaged in delivery and the order just got cancelled. Im super happy this was the case because for £30 more i bought this which seems far superior. Seems very well built and more functions than first realised. Only comment would be the instructions could be slightly better but most the assembly is commonsense.Id absolutely reccomend this to anyone looking for a well priced rack.

Sturdy power rack where items arrived on time and together in 3 boxes. Nuts and bolts in clearly labelled and easy to remove packaging (clear plastic covered cardboard which keeps items together until used). Used YouTube video to get a sense of what goes where then used instructions for the parts needed. Easy to put together myself but did ask my son to hold 4 items that needed bolting together (top part of the cage), others managed themselves but did not fancy having one drop on my head (son's taller so he can take the hit!).Did notice the pulley cable was loose on bottom section if g clamping top of the cable chain, advise clamping few links down to avoid slack in the cable for a very smooth pulley workout (otherwise small jolt at first whilst cable slack tightens).Great responsive seller who responded same day when I had questions ( had a few). Needed new 6 ft bar for bench press inside the cage and Mirafit does one with short sleeves that works well ( rather than buy 7 ft bar). Good workout with existing weights and bench, all good!

Product arrived fast.Instructions detailed, take the time to read.It helped me to number parts before beginning.Only criticism is the dip bar is very wide but would still purchase this rack over again.Seller responds promptly.Mark

I’ve done plenty of research to get the best for my money and to save you the time this is the best power rack for the price I’m 210lbs and the pull up bar is solid and the wobble is minimal doesn’t affect workout the cable machine is surprisingly smooth for the price and the on criticism I have is the dip bar is a bit wide and is a bit wobbly if it’s not drilled to the floor but I would buy it again

Fantastic piece of kit ! This really is the centre of my home gym, in my bedroom. I changed my big double bed to a single,and now there’s plenty of room. With my bench in the middle of the rack and a few weights, this suits my needs ! Ime 64yrs old now, and after a back injury and having not trained properly for years, it really scared me how weak I’ve become, so with safety in mind as well, I needed something sturdy in case I got stuck, say on the B.Press, so hence, I chose this rack.It was no problem to build, even though the instructions are quite small !RYAN from BODYTRAIN was Fantastic as well….there was a part missing (not a crucial part) so I contacted him and he sent me the part straight away, so, Credit where credit is due. Will be purchasing from BODYTRAIN again in the future ! Thanks. Mike.

This would be a 5 star but the dip bars on the safety bar are a major design flaw plates keep hitting off them which puts you off you stride while bench or squatting may angle grind them off

Sturdy, easy to assemble, smooth cables, great paint quality; I really cannot think of any way to improve this product for the price.I have been using it for a month and have no problems. My rack has received some paint and plastic being nicked off while re-racking a barbell but there is no way to avoid that no matter how much money you pay for a rack.The only thing that I could think of to improve the product is some sort of protection on the spotter arms so that I don't annoy the neighbourhood when I'm trying to squat 405 (which I totally can do by the way) and the barbell drops metal on metal and sounds like some sort of building just exploded.

After a month of use, I can confidently state this power rack is more than fit for purpose. For the price I would highly recommend this product.
