Easy to use and blend. Beautiful shade of purple

So, take my review with a grain of salt. It's the first time I have ever used mica powder. It did exactly what I wanted and did a beautiful job. That doesn't mean much. There could be better mica out there or it could be the best ever and I'd never know the difference.I used it over mostly wet acrylic paint. Held beautifully while I finished the project. Then I sealed with clear spray paint.

I've been looking everywhere for a TRUE BLACK mica powder; however, I don't think that exists. This one is no different. It's a SILVER BLACK, like every other mica claiming to be black.That being said, it works like mica should, no staining or migrating in melt and pour soaps. I wouldn't use it in cosmetics, though, because true cosmetic grade mica is slightly different from "others." This one is small enough in size, but there's other things about cosmetic grade, like FDA-approved color additives, having very low trace metals, etc. This product might meet all that (I don't know), but micas sold on Amazon don't specify these things. Anyone can say "cosmetic grade," whether it is or not.

I use this sprinkled on top of my homemade cold-processed soap and it is gorgeous. A little goes a long way. It rinses off in the first use which is fine for me because I always question the actual safety of these products. But it makes the soaps that I give away look so pretty for just a few pennies.

Super easy to use. I used it in a 2 part resin. First I mixed it in part A. Then I added part B. Worked great. I definitely will be using more of this brand

This color is bluer than advertised. It matches a color I already had. It's fine except it's completely not what I needed. A lot of other people seem to be complaining that the colors they get don't match the colors that they purchase.
