Taste was okay, fills yii or u up for a snack or along with a piece of fruit etc,Be aware of the best before date, I noticed mine were a month out of date, it was to late to return as I never got round to using them for a few weeks as I was using other products at the time so was to late to return or contact the seller (lesson learned always check dates first)

Don't get me wrong, it fills you up and is a great snack especially if you are watching your weight, but it tastes horrible, I thought maybe it was just me so I tried the other flavour, that was horrible too, so if you want something to stop you snacking and don't mind it tasting bad give it a go 🤢🤔🤢🤔
