Very flowy
I have used this product atleast three times from Amazon only, this time the consistency of butter was too flowy. Ideally it should be solid and spreadable. But it's very flowy. Not sure if it's original

GOOD FOR DIABETICS
Not sweet or salty but you can taste the rich peanut taste... checked my sugar levels 2 hours after eating 2 sandwiches lathered richly with this peanut butter... There was No spike in sugar levels for me... have ordered for more.

Major protein with fiber for patients.
If it is eating in moderate, It is good for diabetics & high blood pressure patients.It is filled with high protein, fier & unsaturated healthy fat (like mofa, pofa).It can be applied on roti & bread.But I recommend to don't eat bread.For concern patients, please I humbly request you to apply small amount on jau roti ( roti made from barley flour).Barley flour is high in fiber & low in carbohydrates. It is good choice for diabetics & heart patients.Breads are not very for long term patients.All types of bread filled with different types of color & preservatives.In breakfast, Barley Roti with peanut & small amout milk.Milk intolerant people can drink slightly warm water on approx room temperature.It is good & healthy breakfast.Full day energy.You can consume little less amount of found in lunch.Eat it 😋My own made ninja technique : Eat breakfast with fully filled stomach.Then Eat less in lunch.In dinner, please eat less than lunch.It will maintain your weight & health.
