Moonybaby Replacement Monitor for MB55933 and MB55933-2T. 4.3 Inches Monitor Unit

Got this to replace our original monitor that was dropped too many times (three).I was excited to find one that had easily accessible volume control, since the first had it buried in the menu. I was disappointed when it came thatit can't do split screen and you can't move the cameras. Oh well, that's my fault for not reading more closely.My issue with this is the connection problems. It won't work at all across the hall if the nursery door is closed. Even with the nursery door open it has constant issues connecting. Sometimes it will loudly beep to tell me it isn't paired, then a second later it's fine.It feels even cheaper and more fragile than the first one, which is pretty impressive.Super disappointed I have to deal with this until I eventually drop and break it. Next time I'll just replace all of it with a different brand. Such a huge waste of money.

I received a monitor / camera system as a baby shower gift and loved the utilization of this system... easy to set up, pair, and use... i was so impressed that i committed to the system and purchased additional camera as our baby grew... after about a year of use, the original monitor stopped working but we were so happy that we decided to purchase this replacement monitor... however, i never thought about reaching out about the original monitor until i found a link to their customer service... THEY ARE AWESOME! Totally understood my situation, helped me troubleshoot and sent me a replacement in alignment to their awesome warranty... Really appreciated their support and will continue to use them in the future... Keep up the great work Moonybaby!

We got this for ourselves and loved it, never had any issues.We got another set for my sister and their screen was a bit fuzzy upon opening so I texted with customer service and was sent a new one right away without the hassle of sending in the old one.The product itself is wonderful but having the peace of mind that if something goes wrong they will replace it with minimal headache to me is the cherry on top.

This paired with the camera in a second and has worked beautifully. Only problem, charging port/insert are looser and you have to get it at the exact right slight angle to charge. It won't charge a lot of the time and I just hope it will work and I can find that perfect charging spot when battery gets low.

After almost 2 years of having my monitor the connection to charge was not working, I had to wiggle the cable to the right position for it charge. I contacted customer service through Facebook and within 2 days they mail me a new monitor. They were very courteous and understanding. I love the monitor and the dual camera connection, I can watch both of my daughters room.
