Spyder600052 Rapid Core Eject Hole Saw, 6-Inch

Working great so far! So much better durability than the other hole saws I tried to install recessed light. The others lasted for 2 holes—this has done 5 and still going strong.

ANYONE not getting several dozen cuts through aged block is ignorantly forcing the tool.Proper speed, proper cooling results in many many wins.

Didn't want to pay a ton of money for a proper masonry hole saw set up, tried this out to cut a 6" hole for a kitchen fan vent and it worked well. Cut through about 12" of brick with the only issue being the drill motor that I was using wanted to give up a few times. Just go slow. Overall, very impressed with this hole saw.

Use it for cutting holes for recessed lighting through plaster and lath and it's an absolute beast. It's actually the second I purchased not because the first one died but because my boss wanted one. Durable ass hell!

Purchased this and another Spyder Bit a the same time for lights installation in Drywall and 3/8" plywood. BOTH are simply the worst bits I have ever attempted to use.They were both extremely out of balance to the point of being dangerous to use.Tried in 2 different Corded drills My older Hole Hawg and a newer Dewalt. No differenceDO NOT TRY TO USE ONE OF THESE WITH A CORDLESS DRILL - you might break something (like your self.When you sit them on a flat surface and check them with a straight edge you can see they are warped. this makes them impossible to use and get a nice neat hole.I can't believe any company would let quality like this go out the door.

I am please with my purchase. It did the job I needed it to do and it fit an existing mandrel I already owned which was a bonus. I was a great price to. I will buy another Spyder hole saw if the need arises.
