Philips Norelco OneBlade Hybrid Electric Trimmer and Shaver, Frustration Free Packaging, QP2520/90

After being a user of multiple electric shavers, I came across this one. Let’s face it, manually shaving is a pain which is what brought me to purchase this and probably what brought you here to even consider purchasing it. After using it for a good amount of time, I was impressed and would like to share my thoughts with pros and some cons.Pros. Offers a very close shave, probably the closest compared to other electric shavers. Functions very well and smoothly.. Little to no razor bumps or burns. I have sensitive skin and this has been the only electric shaver I’ve used which does not cause any irritation or razor bumps for me.. Battery life is good. I would say one charge gets you about 5-6 shaves (a shave for me lasts about 10 minutes). The overall build quality is great. It’s not bulky or heavy. It’s a perfect size which is great for gripping and maneuvering during a shave. The noise level is not too loud, but I would say it is as expected.Cons. Leaves a mess. Facial hair goes everywhere which is a hassle to clean up. It ends up on the floor, outsides of the sink, arms, body, it’s just a mess. A previous electric shaver I used catches the shaved hair and you empty it out from a cartridge, and I wish this one had that feature.. If you decide to pay extra and get the version which works with the mobile app, it’s not worth it in my opinion. Yea I think it’s cool being able to see how long the shave was or if you were going too fast/slow, but I can’t see myself using it often. I just wanna shave and call it a day.. Replacement blades are expensive. They recommend replacing it every four months depending on how often you shave, but they cost a lot which sucks.Overall, I think the pros outweigh the cons. I do recommend this, as I think it is the best one out there. If the cons would bother you, then you can always give it a try and return it if anything. Hope this review helped you make a decision. It’s designed to move smoothly over the face, and experimenting with the angles gives you a much better finish.Rinse the Blade Often: The OneBlade is easy to clean—just rinse it under running water. I’ve found that rinsing the blade mid-shave helps it maintain its cutting performance, especially if you’re trimming longer hair.Use the Guards: It comes with a couple of trimming guards that are handy if you’re maintaining a specific beard length. I like to use the 1mm guard for a stubble look, but the other sizes are perfect for trimming without taking off too much.Overall, the Philips Norelco OneBlade 360 is a reliable, all-in-one grooming tool that’s easy to use, gentle on the skin, and versatile enough to handle different beard lengths and styles. It’s a great choice if you want a low-maintenance but effective solution for daily grooming.

I don’t find much to cheer about with shaving. Never been my favorite thing to do.This little beast gives me a decent shave (not super tight), and has an attachment that allows me to trim my goatee nicely. I used to use a shaver, and a beard trimmer. Now it’s just this - and I love it.The only thing is, when you install the trimmer part to the blade, take care to place it the correct way, and to remove it the correct way. I failed at first and broke one of the blade heads off - oops. So look up their video and see how. Easy once you know… but I am a guy and skipped the instructions first off.. ha.

I think this cordless razor works just as well as my standard razor. I use it more than my regular razor now. The size is great too. It will be great for traveling because you don’t need shaving cream. It does take me a little longer to shave using this razor vs my standard razor but it seem to cut closer and I don’t have to use shaving cream as mentioned.

I bought the Philips Norelco OneBlade 360 for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loves it! It’s super easy to use and gives him a smooth shave every time. The battery life lasts a good amount of time too, which is a big plus. He’s really happy with how well it works, and I’m glad I picked this up for him! I love that it’s not too noisy and the price is definitely worth it!
