Was looking for the authentic Bengali bori that's commonly found in Calcutta.That Chaal Kumro one.This is no where close to the authentic Bengali bori.The product seems to be adulterated. Not home made.Kinda don't like the smell and taste.So I tried making multiple recipes with this and all seemed to be tasting mildly bitter or bland.Don't try Badi chura (odia recipe). Won't taste good.Shukto was okayishPotato curry with Bori, a big No No.Bori bhorta No no.So far tried these few onesWill try with sm other recipes thn will update.Overall if you are a bori fan then probably can give a try if you dint find it where you stay. Else don't go for it

Makers level missing
Bad quality item. After opening the package seen no makers level and items are broken in many cases I have decided not to use the item.

i was looking for north indian style wadi and found the same. and taste is like home made wadi.
